DSNS Shop Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! We have a 30-day return policy for our physical items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your physical item to request a return.

1. Digital Products (Final Sale)

Due to the instant, downloadable nature of our digital workbooks, business resources, planners, and templates, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Physical Products Eligibility

To be eligible for a return on physical merchandise (such as apparel, physical planners, mugs, or desk accessories), your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with tags still attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return for a physical item, please contact us at shopwithdsns@gmail.com or via text at 910-773-3779.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a return shipping label, along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Our physical return address will be provided directly via email when your return is officially requested.

4. Damages and Order Issues

Please inspect your physical order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Digital downloads and digital resources.

  • Custom or personalized products (such as special orders or personalized notary items).

  • Sale items and gift cards.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the physical item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Refunds Process

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your physical return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
